Objective: Get a hand total closer to 21 than the dealer without exceeding 21. Number cards are face value, face cards are worth 10, and Aces can be 1 or 11.

  • Stand — keep your current hand

  • Split — if you have a pair, split into two separate hands
  • Insurance — if dealer shows an Ace, bet against a dealer blackjack

A natural blackjack (Ace + 10-value card on first deal) usually pays 3:2. Dealer must hit on soft 16 and below, stand on 17 and above. Basic strategy reduces the house edge to under 1%.

Texas Hold'em Objective: Make the best five-card hand using any combination of your two hole cards and five community cards on the board.

Betting Rounds:
